European Weight Pulling Federation - info
European Weight Pulling Federation (EWPF) is a totally new, open and an uniting European weight pulling federation. EWPF is supporting all other weight pulling associations and non-affiliated weight pulling clubs and events.
EWPF is: non-comercial, totally cost free for members, visitors and affiliated clubs and associations (everyone).
EWPF's goal is to give out information about the weight pulling sport, support the weight pulling fanciers and to support all clubs arranging weight pulling events.Feel free to ask more details, click here.
How does it work?
Any club, association, organisation or private person who arranges a weight pulling event can use EWPF for informative purposes. No matter what rules your event is following, APA, IWPA, UPF, local club rules, your own rules - everything goes as long as it's weight pulling.
The event will show up in the EWPF calendar (click here).
With the help of EWPF web pages you can even use EWPF online entry forms.
After the event the club punches in the results and the results will be added to the online, international weight pulling database. The results will be readable immediately. The best part is that the results will be collected to the wp statistics, open for everybody (of course each dog owner can choose what info is public and what's hided).
For each event is possible to keep a blog, gallery and much more.For any person who have one or more weight pulling dogs, EWPF offers a unique way to tell about personal weight pulling results, keep a personal gallery, web pages, blog and much more. The person himself can choose what info is shown about him/her and his dogs. With all the data and statistics at the finger tips EWPF makes it easy to compare own results to others, see how the results are enhansed and much, much more.
For example, if this way registered person visits an wp event it's possible to upload photos to that certain event gallery, or just your own dog gallery. You choose!Shortly said, the EWPF wp database counts weight pulling points for every single weight pulling dog and builds up statistics and results. At the same time EWPF keeps a count on upcoming wp events, rules, happenings and news. All you have to do is to join the fun!

Register your club (click here) and after that you can announce internationally about your own weight pulling events, your event will be automatically added to the event calendar, your event will be announced automatically to all the memebers on the mailling list and much more.
Of course your club pages will be uplinked from the EWPF-pages and you may even give out your own weight pulling news and agenda. All for free. Not to mention the gallery and the fun stuff.
By announcing your weight pulling events in advance on the EWPF-site (www.ewpf.org) all the results will also be published on the EWPF-site. EWPF will keep up the statistics, no matter what rules your club is following, you may compare your weight pulling events on an interational level. And much more!
Your club, your event, your rules and results - EWPF will keep the international statistics for free!If you are a dog owner and your sport is the weight pulling then EWPF is especially for you!
Register yourself and your dog(s), click here, for free and you are able to give out some information to other weight pullers about you and your dog. It's up to you what information is public and what is only for the international official weight pulling statistics. You can even upload photos of your weight pulling monster, keep a blog and much more. Of course, all this is for free.
The best part is that all dogs participating in the events announced at EWPF in advance will get special ranking points. These poinst are automatically calculated from each international event, no matter where they event is, based on the results. This way you can personally compare your and your dog(s) results with all the other fellow weight pullers. No matter what your location is, no matter who organises the event!

Why EWPF? About weight pulling clubs, associations and rules
One reason for starting the EWPF is the fact that for the moment we have in Europe over two dozen (!) weight pulling associations, most of them with different rules, web pages (or not). This is totally okay but now EWPF offers a way to inform the weight pulling sport fanciers about the events, results and happenings by a very easy and professional way. All this totally free and no interfering to other associations or clubs. You use your rules we keep up the statistics and record databases!
